Allowed

Mixed media

120 x 100 cm

2026

Allowed is about the moment we stop holding on. It speaks to the invisible weight we carry out of habit, loyalty, fear, or expectation — and the fragile courage it takes to loosen that grip.

The work explores permission as an internal act. Not something given from the outside, but something we finally grant ourselves. Permission to release what no longer nourishes us. Permission to rest. To change.

Allowed lives in the space between tension and relief. Between what was once necessary and what has quietly become too heavy. The painting invites a gentle confrontation with attachment and control, asking what might happen if we trusted ourselves enough to let go.

It is not about loss, but about lightness. About reclaiming breath, space, and emotional freedom. About understanding that letting go is not failure — it is self-respect.

YOU've Got This

Mixed media

80 x 80 cm

2026

In You’ve Got This —the quote embedded in the piece serves as both a personal mantra and a message of encouragement

This work merges architectural structure with emotional vulnerability. The precise lines, blocks, and overlays reflect the fragile balance between control and chaos—between knowing and not knowing. By incorporating hand-drawn elements and subtle textures, I invite the viewer to look closer, to find the beauty in imperfection and the courage in the smallest of steps.

You’ve Got This is a visual affirmation. It’s a piece for anyone who has ever stood at the edge of giving up, and decided—to keep going.

Beneath It All

Mixed media

40 x 40 cm

2026

Beneath It All explores what we carry within ourselves – the artwork invites you to look beyond the visible, and to sense what lies underneath.

This work is an invitation to turn inward and to ask what defines us when everything external falls away. It speaks of vulnerability and truth, and of the quiet courage it takes to meet the real self beneath it all.

Embracing It All

Mixed media

80 x 80 cm

2026

Embracing It All describes the strength it takes to welcome every part of yourself and your own personal journey.

You are allowed to welcome every part of yourself—your unlimited strength, the unknown, and things still unfolding within you. You are invited to meet yourself with self respect, selflove and compassion.

This piece honours the courageous act of self-acceptance. It speaks to the full spectrum of being—light and shadow, stillness and movement, healing and becoming.

Embracing It All invites the viewer to reconnect with their inner truth and to stand fully, unapologetically, in who they are—right here, right now.

Breakthrough

Mixed media

100 x 100 cm

2025

“Breakthrough” explores the inner turbulence of thoughts and emotions — the layers of chaos, the flashes of intensity, and the moments of overthinking that shape our inner world. Through bold contrasts between vibrant neon pink, earthy beige, and fiery orange, the painting reflects the complexity of the mind: restless, searching, and constantly shifting.

Yet, at its heart, this work carries a positive outcome. From the tension of overlapping forms and colors emerges a sense of clarity and release — a reminder that even within confusion, resolution can be found. “Breakthrough” celebrates the transformative power of navigating inner chaos and arriving at a place of balance, strength, and harmony.

Momentum

Mixed media

100 x 100 cm

2026

This painting is about the invisible shift that happens inside us before any visible change takes place. The instant when fear and courage meet. When doubt hasn’t disappeared, but movement begins anyway.

Within the work lives the physical equation for momentum: the impetus and driving force gained by the development of a process or course of events. What begins as something almost imperceptible gathers weight, direction, and purpose.

Baaam!

Mixed media

80 x 80 cm

2025

“Baaam!” captures the moment a belief breaks through — not quietly, but with force, clarity, and unapologetic energy.Where many of my works explore the subtle, intimate layers of inner conviction, this piece reflects the opposite:the instant when something within you finally says enough… and moves.

It is about the spark that rises after a long silence, the eruption of truth that can no longer stay hidden.A belief that demands space, presence, and acknowledgement.

This artwork embodies the raw impact of recognising your own power —a reminder that some beliefs grow gently, and others arrive like a sudden, unmistakable BAAAM.

I - Me - Mine

Mixed media

60 x 60 cm

2026

“I–Me–Mine” is about ownership of the self. There is often structure, control, a system in life we try to hold on to. But the self is never fixed. It is shifting, vulnerable, and constantly rewritten.

There is both energy in this work and space to pause. Things come together, shift, and open up in new ways. Nothing is fixed — everything is still becoming. There is always a possibility - it’s in our own hands.

Evolve

Mixed media

40 x 40 cm

2025

Evolve captures the quiet yet powerful movement of change. A moment between letting go and becoming something new.

“Evolve” speaks to change that happens quietly, almost unnoticed. Not the dramatic turning point, but the subtle inner shift that slowly reshapes who we are. It is about becoming without force.

This work racknowledges that evolution is rarely linear. It carries pauses, uncertainty, and moments of repetition, yet always moves forward.

“Evolve” invites the viewer to recognise their own process. To see that change does not require perfection or speed, only honesty and presence. It is a reminder that transformation is not about leaving oneself behind, but about allowing oneself to expand.

Piece Of Mind

Mixed media

50 x 60 cm

2025

I came across the quote “True luxury is peace of mind” — and it inspired me to paint this artwork.

In a world driven by speed, performance, and external validation, this piece reflects a deliberate pause.

It invites you to switch gears, step away from expectations and achievements, and simply breathe.

Dedicated to the courage of slowing down — and to the deeply human desire to live your peace of mind.
